The drive wheels, idler wheel housings, piping, flanges, and similar components are all constructed from Grade 304 stainless steel. This material is a standard choice for chemical fiber equipment and fully meets operational requirements.

The drive shafts and idler shafts are selected accordingly.

The sprockets are made of Grade 301 stainless steel.

The conveyor chains are made of Grade 301 stainless steel.

The material plates (commonly referred to as "scrapers") are fabricated from a modified polymer; this material exhibits excellent wear resistance and ensures zero contamination of the raw materials. Furthermore, it helps to reduce production costs for the user.

The chain conveyor system features a comprehensive control suite, including variable frequency drive (VFD) control, overcurrent protection, interlocks linked to the daily hopper material level, and fault alarm capabilities.
