Based on the company's years of experience in valve manufacturing and material conveying technology, it uses "precision orifice plate valve core" as the core and adopts a three-way layout with one inlet and two outlets or two inlets and one outlet. Precise flow direction switching : The valve core is rotatable precision orifice plate. The valve core can be rotated 90° by the actuator to quickly switch the flow direction of the medium. It is suitable for pipeline layout with one inlet and two outlets or two inlets and one outlet. The pipeline angle can be selected as 30°, 45° or 60° according to the requirements. No additional valve combination is required, which simplifies the pipeline layout and is suitable for frequently switching process flow. The valve core action position is accurately detected by the limit detection switch to ensure that the switch is in place and without deviation, avoiding misoperation.

Efficient diversion and merging : The design of the orifice plate flow channel is optimized, and the flow channel and orifice are precisely matched. It can accurately realize the splitting of one medium into two outputs or the merging of two mediums into one output. The flow channel has no dead corners and no residues, avoiding the accumulation of medium. It is suitable for conveying different flow rates, ensuring uniform distribution of medium and guaranteeing the stability of the production process. It is especially suitable for continuous conveying of powder and granular materials and precise distribution of fluid media.

Wear-resistant sealing and leak prevention : A special sealing structure is adopted, and a special sealing scheme can be configured according to the pressure sealing requirements. The soft seal uses high molecular materials such as PTFE and PEEK, and the hard seal uses wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials such as Stellite alloy and tungsten carbide to achieve a tight seal, effectively blocking the leakage of the medium and the entry of air, avoiding material waste, fluid loss and workshop dust pollution; the surface of the orifice plate valve core is precisely treated and combined with a smooth flow channel design to completely eliminate the medium jamming and accumulation, and is suitable for the conveying and switching of high viscosity, easy-to-cab materials and corrosive fluids.

The core adopts a precision orifice plate valve core, which is processed by a CNC five-axis linkage machining center. The coaxiality of the hole system is ≤0.01mm, and the hole diameter is precisely matched to the conveying requirements. The inner wall of the flow channel is precision polished (polishing accuracy can reach 400#), smooth and clean, with no dead corners of media residue, which can effectively reduce the flow resistance of the medium and reduce the energy consumption of the system. The valve core rotates smoothly and is accurately positioned by the limit detection switch. Switching is smooth and without deviation. It is suitable for multiple scenarios such as gravity unloading reversal, pneumatic conveying pipeline reversal and fluid pipeline switching. The reversal response speed is fast and it is suitable for frequent switching conditions.

2. Reliable sealing, suitable for various pressure and temperature conditions.

The soft or hard seal structure can be flexibly configured according to the working conditions: the soft seal is suitable for low pressure and clean media (such as food and pharmaceutical industries), with a temperature range of -20℃ to 200℃, achieving zero leakage (compliant with ANSI Class VI standard); the hard seal is suitable for high pressure, high temperature and high wear conditions, with a temperature resistance of ≤500℃, and a working pressure that can cover atmospheric pressure to high pressure above 0.35MPa, and can be adapted to Class 600 (about 10MPa) high pressure conditions. It can operate without leakage and wear for a long time, meeting the sealing requirements of different pressure and temperature scenarios.

The valve body and orifice plate valve core are precision cast from cast steel and stainless steel (304, 316L, CF8/CF8M optional), with a robust structure, high strength and not easy to deform, and beautiful appearance; the valve core surface is hardened or hard alloy welded (HRC≥55), and some models adopt QPQ or hard anodizing process, which can effectively resist the high-speed scouring of powder and granular materials and the erosion of corrosive fluids, and are suitable for high wear and strong corrosion conditions; the bearing seat adopts an isolation sealing design to prevent the medium from entering, extend the life of core components, and reduce the later maintenance cost.

During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the front face of the throttling device and its clamping flange is perpendicular to the pipeline axis, the opening of the throttling device and the clamping flange are concentric with the pipeline, and the sealing gasket must not protrude into the inner wall of the pipeline. It supports horizontal and vertical installation methods.
