As an air terminal/pre-protection barrier for various high-cleanliness and high-safety scenarios, this product is based on the dual functions of "multi-level gradient purification + safety interlock protection". These three functions work together to connect the fresh air duct, compressed air main, and cleanroom air supply terminal, achieving triple safety protection of sterile, particulate-free, and oil mist-free air. It takes into account both cleanliness indicators and operational stability, and is suitable for high-requirement aseptic production, explosion-proof environments, precision manufacturing and other working conditions.

Full-range high-precision particle and microbial interception : It adopts a five-stage composite filtration architecture of "pre-filter + medium-efficiency capture + HEPA/ULPA high-efficiency terminal + (optional) activated carbon/VOC catalyst layer + PTFE antibacterial coating"; the pre-filter intercepts large particles larger than 5μm, the medium-efficiency filter captures dust of 1~5μm, the HEPA filter achieves a filtration efficiency of 99.97% for 0.3μm particles, and the ULPA customized version achieves an efficiency of 99.9995% for 0.12μm particles; the surface PTFE nano antibacterial coating can inhibit the growth of microorganisms such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, with an outlet microbial concentration ≤1CFU/m³ and oil mist residue ≤0.01mg/m³, meeting the cleanliness requirements of medical grade and semiconductor grade.

Differential pressure linkage early warning + low resistance and long-term operation and maintenance : The standard configuration includes a PLC online differential pressure monitoring system with preset high, medium and low resistance thresholds.
