High-pressure airlock seal : It adopts a multi-precision sealing structure and a high-precision gap design to build a solid high-pressure airtight barrier, effectively blocking the backflow of high-pressure gas and the leakage of materials, strictly controlling the air leakage rate, maintaining the pressure stability of the high-pressure conveying system, avoiding the impact of air pressure imbalance on conveying efficiency, and eliminating the safety hazards and environmental impacts caused by dust leakage, which meets the requirements of industrial safety and environmental protection.

High-pressure and high-efficiency conveying : The impeller is driven to rotate at a uniform speed by a special high-pressure reducer, which pushes the material in the storage equipment evenly and continuously to the high-pressure conveying pipeline. It can be adapted to different conveying flow requirements through frequency conversion speed regulation, so as to achieve perfect mixing of material and high-pressure gas, ensuring smooth high-pressure long-distance conveying without jamming or accumulation. It is suitable for dilute phase and dense phase high-pressure conveying conditions, and the conveying efficiency is more than 25% higher than that of ordinary rotary valves.

High-pressure operating condition adaptation : The valve body structure and material selection are optimized and specially reinforced for the impact and wear characteristics under high-pressure conditions. It can stably adapt to materials with different characteristics (fine powder, coarse powder, high abrasion particles, etc.), and has high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. It can withstand operating conditions from -29 to +425℃, effectively preventing material agglomeration and equipment blockage, and adapting to the 24-hour continuous operation requirements of high-pressure conveying systems.

1. High pressure resistance, robust structure, and impact resistant.

The valve body is precision forged from cast steel, wear-resistant alloy, or stainless steel (CF8 or CF8M optional), with uniform wall thickness. After mechanical structure optimization and high-pressure strength testing, it can stably withstand PN6-PN25 high-pressure conditions and can be adapted to high-pressure transmission requirements up to 4.0MPa without deformation or leakage. The valve body adopts a heavy-duty structural design, which can effectively resist the impact of high-pressure gas and materials, avoid structural damage under long-term high-pressure conditions, ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment, and meet the JB/T 9092 pressure test standard.

2. Precision sealing, zero leakage ensures safety.

It adopts a triple dynamic sealing structure (main seal + secondary seal + emergency seal), and is equipped with high-temperature and high-pressure resistant PTFE or FKM seals. Some models use structural ceramics as the sealing pair, which have high hardness and erosion resistance, achieving ANSI Class VI zero leakage and an air leakage rate of ≤0.3%. The sealing surface is precision ground and has self-grinding and self-cleaning functions. It can adaptively fine-tune under high pressure, and use the medium pressure to enhance the sealing fit. The higher the pressure, the tighter the seal, completely eliminating high-pressure gas backflow and material leakage, and building a solid safety line for high-pressure transportation.

3. Wear-resistant and damage-resistant, suitable for high-wear working conditions.

The parts in contact with materials are made of high-chromium cast iron, wear-resistant alloy steel, or lined with ceramic or tungsten carbide. The impeller blades are hardened with carbide (HRC≥50) and specially reinforced to resist the high-speed scouring and friction characteristics of materials in high-pressure conveying, effectively resisting material wear and significantly extending the service life of the equipment. The bearing housing adopts an isolated design, shifted outside the valve body, cutting off direct contact between dust, high-pressure gas and the bearing. It is also equipped with a high-temperature lubrication system to further extend the service life of the bearing and reduce the later maintenance costs.

4. Highly adaptable, compatible with multiple systems and materials.

The interface adopts the GB/T 9113/JB 79.1/HG 20592 standard flange connection, with a nominal diameter covering DN40~DN400. It can be seamlessly connected with various high-pressure pneumatic conveying systems, storage silos, and metering equipment, and supports horizontal and vertical installation methods without complex modifications. It is suitable for various materials such as coal powder, slag, alumina powder, cement powder, and chemical powder. Whether it is fine powder or coarse particle material, it can achieve stable and efficient conveying and is suitable for various high-pressure conveying processes such as dilute phase and dense phase.

Driven by a cycloidal pinwheel or a dedicated high-pressure reducer, it operates smoothly and with uniform speed (achieving precise speed adjustment from 10-30 rpm), has a low failure rate, and can operate continuously for extended periods. Equipped with pressure monitoring and overload protection devices, it monitors the equipment's operating status in real time, provides timely warnings of abnormal situations, and prevents equipment damage. The modular design of core components allows for quick disassembly and replacement of vulnerable parts such as impellers and seals. Routine inspection and maintenance require no complex tools, and the standardized configuration of vulnerable parts facilitates procurement and replacement, significantly reducing maintenance time and labor costs.
