High-precision, sealed unloading eliminates dust leakage : Utilizing a core structure of precision rotor + wear-resistant valve body + double-end mechanical seal, the gap between the rotor blades and the inner wall of the valve body cavity is controlled within 0.1~0.3mm, ensuring smooth and residue-free material unloading. Equipped with a double-layer fluororubber/EPDM rubber sealing ring + wear-resistant bushing seal combination, it achieves zero leakage at the shaft end, with a powder leakage rate of <0.01%, completely eliminating workshop dust and material escape. Supports positive/negative pressure pneumatic conveying conditions, serving as a continuous feeding device for pneumatic conveying systems, uniformly supplying powder to the conveying pipeline, preventing backflow and material shoving, and ensuring stable operation of the conveying system.
