The bag dumping station primarily consists of several modules: a frame structure, a discharge disc, a pneumatic bag-clamping mechanism, and a feed inlet.
During the discharge process, the bag is hoisted above the equipment, where the pneumatic bag-clamping mechanism utilizes air pressure to secure the bag opening, thereby preventing material leakage. A specially customized disc-operating via rotation or vibration-breaks up material clumps to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted flow. Furthermore, the multi-port inlet design allows for simultaneous connection to multiple conveying lines, significantly enhancing discharge efficiency.
Certain models are also equipped with a specialized module for handling fragile materials, which prevents material breakage by precisely regulating the vibration frequency.
